Development of the product line has continued with The Homebuyer's
Assistant. This is a homebuyer's home and community evaluation and
information system. This product functions as a stand-alone system and
also as a front-end to a Host information system. Work is currently
continuing on this product to make it a computer "palmtop"
application. Market introduction is expected in the first quarter of
2000.
A third product is also under development. The Strategic Information
System Planner's Assistant will guide the small business or large
corporate information system planner in defining the information
system required for a target operation. This is a stand-alone product
slated for market introduction in 2000.
Services
Two service lines have been spun off from our product development
efforts. The technology forecasting line provides research and
forecasting services, and the The consulting line provides
consultation and system development services for business clients.
Our proven expertise in developing information and CBI systems is due
to the development of a skills resource that we can share with other
business groups. Additionally, Solution Systems recognizes the
importance of maintaining its awareness of current business
information system needs. Therefore, in addition to proprietary
product development, we continually seek out promising system
development projects to perform. This allows us to infuse current
business needs into our planning of a dynamic product line.
Management
Solution Systems, Inc. is a privately held Colorado corporation owned
and operated by Robert A. West.
Mr. West has a B.A. in Physics and a M.S in planning from Rutgers
University. He is a healthy and creative personality who has developed
numerous "first-of-a-kind" information products during his forty year
career working for companies such as AT&T, Ciba-Geigy, Martin Marietta,
Citicorp, the Tri-State Regional Planning Commission, the City of New
York, and others. With the belief that information accessibility is
the key to maintaining a healthy democratic, cooperative and
competitive society, he has used his experience and vision to found
and guide Solution Systems in its present innovative approach in
information system product development.
